  • To process your annual subscription payments.

3. Scanner & Lead Privacy (The "No-Poach" Guarantee)

  • Scanner Data: We do not track, harvest, or retarget the individuals who scan your QR code.

4. Public Visibility & Sharing

Please be aware that the core function of MyContactCode is to facilitate the sharing of contact information. Any data you enter into the "vCard Details" section of your dashboard is considered Public Profile Data.

Anyone who scans your QR code or accesses your unique URL will have access to view and download this specific set of information to their device.

We implement appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.
